Our residential homes are designed to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment that fosters the development of children and young people in our care. Facility characteristics:

Homes vary in occupancy ( 2, 3-, and 4-place configurations) across the Greater Manchester area and expanding.

Environments are modern, well-furnished, with outdoor space and adequate parking to support physical activity, restorative breaks, and family-like routines.

Proximity to local amenities supports social integration, access to education, healthcare, and recreational opportunities.

Educational and developmental focus:

Create predictable, nurturing environments that support executive function development (planning, impulse control, working memory) and emotional regulation.

Implement trauma-informed practices that reduce hyperarousal and promote secure base relationships.

Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and families to develop individualised, strengths-based plans that address academic, social, and emotional goals.

Regularly monitor progress across domains (emotional well-being, attachment security, behavioural regulation, and social participation) to adapt supports accordingly.
